Cherry Christmas Cake

While many folk are out trick-or-treating on Halloween, you’ll find me in the kitchen, the dulcet tones of Mariah Carey coming from the record player and my Christmas cake going in the oven. It’s the ideal day to begin your festive baking, allowing ample time for the cake to mature. I’ve added a twist by infusing the rich flavours of dark cherries and chocolate. These indulgent ingredients add a decadent touch to this traditional holiday bake.
