Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. Pick the leaves from the dill and mint and roughly chop. Zest and juice the lemon. Grate the cucumber and squeeze any of the excess water from the cucumber using a tea towel or J cloth.
  2. Combine all the ingredients. Use as required.
