Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.
Put the butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of simmering water. Leave to melt, stirring occasionally, then set aside.
Using an electric whisk, whisk together the egg
