This is a rather naughty and luxurious flapjack, with dried cranberries to give it a little bit of sharpness. We use condensed milk instead of golden syrup to add a lovely creaminess to the flavour.

Ingredients

  • 160 g oats
  • 160 g dried cranberries
  • 100 g

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan/gas mark 3.
  2. Mix the oats, cranberries, pecans and coconut together in a bowl. Add the melted butter and condensed milk and combine, then scrape the mixture into your lined tin and pack down with the back of a metal s
