Lillet Martini

This drink is a classic and is super easy to make. We took to serving it when we first added cocktails at the new Boat Street, where I had my first bar. I wanted drinks that were delicious but not too complicated to make. This drink is so minimal that it calls out to be served up in a pretty little glass.
