My marinade for steak is as good as it gets: sweet, salty, sticky and rich, it will take any meat to the next level. Don’t just restrict it to steak; try it with lamb, chicken and pork too. The balsamic vinegar will help to tenderise the meat while the soy sauce and honey will work with the natural sugars
