Pairs of light golden biscuits filled with dulce de leche are one of the most popular sweets in Argentina, especially on the coast where you can buy them at any beach kiosk. It is estimated around six million of these are consumed daily! There are many variations; some are simply dusted with sugar, others coated in chocolate; some – as here – rolled in coconut.
