Spiced Peanuts

Even when guests arrive unexpectedly, snacks and beverages must be served in Nepalese homes and the following recipe is super quick to make. This is one of the most delicious, crunchy, spicy snacks to munch on with drinks. In the Nepali language, “badaam” is “peanut,” and “saandheko” is “marinated,” so this is a marinated peanut dish. If you are making this dish way ahead of time, assemble all ingredients except peanuts beforehand and then mix the peanuts in just before servin
