Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp margarine

Method

Slicer: Cut potatoes to fit feed tube. Slice, using medium pressure. Arrange in layers in sprayed 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.
