This rich flaky pastry is very easy to make and a perfect base for individual tarts. You can make it with any topping you fancy (do have a go at the Flexible flavour swap suggestion). Here, I’m sharing my all-time favourite. Sweet, caramelised onions with all of the classic flavours used in an Italian puttanesca sauce.
