Rather than racing to the shops for a last-minute ‘panic’ pudding, take a look around your kitchen and you’ll probably be able to whip up this tasty dessert with just a few basic baking ingredients and some long-life fruit. I use tinned peaches and frozen raspberries but you can play around with any fruit combinations.
