  • 1 loaf of stale French bread (baguette)
  • 2 garlic cloves, cut in half

Method

Cut 30 thin slices from the French loaf. Rub the bread with the garlic and brush with the olive oil. Brown the bread (approximately 3 minutes) on a baking tray in a low oven (150°C/300°F). Spread the croûtons with the goat cheese and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
