A fantastic dish to make on a busy weeknight because it’s so darn simple. Omit the chilis or choose a mild type if you’re making this for young kids. The sauce is so yummy that your family won’t even realize they’re gobbling up veggies. My family could literally eat bowls of rice with just the sauce because it’s that tasty.
