Ingredients

  • ½ ripe Haas avocado
  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk to thin it out, if necessary.
  2. Adjust seasonings.
  3. Serve with your favorite toppings: strawberries, blueberries, chocolate hemp seeds or nuts. There are endless possibilities.
