This quantity of dough will make eight medium pizzas. If you don’t want to make a batch to freeze, you can halve the recipe and it will work perfectly. If you want to be very organised, freeze the sauce into pizza-sized portions and store with the dough. This is the basic pizza and sauce recipe. It’s up to you to be as creative as you like with the toppings.
