My next recipe is hot off the press, as it were, because I cooked it for the first time in this form for the TV series, and being a very gallant man I named it after one of the producers. ‘Soufflé Pudding Charmian’ is a cross between a soufflé and a custard pudding served with a delicious fresh peach sauce. It is easy to prepare, and makes a light, tasty dessert for any meal.
