Yorkshire Puddings

A traditional British Sunday lunch wouldn’t be the same without them! I have tried numerous recipes and finally ended up with this very simple one, which is wonderful, but you must follow the instructions to the letter! You need a 12-hole deep muffin tin (pan), or two 6-hole ones are easier to handle and will remain hotter while you pour in the batter. These are wonderful served with a nut or lentil loaf, roast potatoes, a green vegetable and gravy – or just on their own, with gravy!
