Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Greek-style natural yogurt
  • 4 garlic cloves, roasted, then removed from their skins
  • 1 tsp

Method

The day before, place all the ingredients in a coffee grinder or small blender and blitz to a paste. Spread the paste over the poultry, then cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and put in the fridge to marinate overnight.
