Cobb Salad

There are many variations on this famous salad, a signature dish in the Brown Derby restaurant in Hollywood, Los Angeles, named after its creator Robert H. Cobb. Here is my version, which is particularly useful after Christmas when there are plenty of leftovers to add to it! I like the salad to be in layers rather than mixed up together.
