  • 200 g whole blanched hazelnuts

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Toast the hazelnuts on a baking tray for 8 minutes, then shake to ensure even colouring and return to the oven for another 4 to 6 minutes until they are golden brown. Season while warm, then leave to cool and roughly chop.
