This is a wonderful little dish I created when having friends over for Burns supper. For those of you who don’t know, the Scots celebrate the life and works of poet Robert Burns with a supper on the 25th of January every year, and no Burns supper would be complete without haggis, neeps and tatties! Clapshot is a mixture of mashed potato, turnip and black pepper, so this is a perfect Burns Night snack.
