Oatmeal Raisin Ice Cream Sandwiches

One of my most favorite lines from my most favorite television show (Arrested Development) is “I’m having a love affair with this ice cream sandwich.” I can’t eat an ice cream sandwich without saying it (or at least thinking it). Since I started making these oatmeal raisin ice cream sandwiches, I’ve been saying it a lot (much to the chagrin of my family). These adorable little sandwiches are chewy, creamy, sweet, spicy, wholesome, and absolutely addictive. Give them a try; I’m
