Eggs on toast don’t get more Middle Eastern than this. Here poached eggs are served on top of koulouri, a popular sesame-encrusted bread eaten by the Greeks and the Turks alike.
Preheat your oven to 180°C fan and pop in your koulouri to warm for 3 to 5 minutes.
