This dark and fruity summertime sipper pairs the blackberry – princely hedgerow foraging fodder – with our favourite fruit bar none (apples). It’s a classy combination that will evoke memories of lazy, hazy British summertimes (torrential rain notwithstanding). The blackberry flavours mellow through the fermentation process but will give the drink a distinctive, tangy finish and provide the dye for this cider’s inky hue.
