These traditional Swiss-German rolls are baked as one, in a round tin. As the name suggests, partybrot is perfect for entertaining.
Pour the milk for making the milk rolls into the bread machine pan. However, if the instructions for your bread machine specify that the yeast is to be placed in the pan first, simply reverse the order in which you add the liquid and dry ingredients.
Sprinkle over the white bread flour, making sure that it covers the milk completely. Add the sugar, sa
