The more butter you brush on the shrimp, the better it will be.
To prepare the shrimp, I usually get rid of the head. Using kitchen scissors, cut through the back of the shrimp, cutting the shell and starting on the head and finishing on the tail. Be careful not to cut the shrimp in half. This will make it easier to clean the vein on the back of the shrimp.
