Fry garlic, salt, pepper and onion in olive oil. If prefered, use parsley or cilantro. Add bell peppers and sauté for a few minutes. Add crab meat and cook for some minutes more. Add coconut milk and cook for about 5 minutes. Whisk egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Add egg yolks and continue beating until all ingredients are well mixed. Pour half of the beaten eggs i
