Moqueca is a traditional Brazilian stew, prepared with fish and/or seafood, deride oil (palm oil) and coconut milk.
Season sea bass fillets with lemon, salt and pepper and set aside. Heat dende oil in a skillet and fry garlic and onion. Add diced bell peppers and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and seafood: squids, shrimps, octopuses and vongoli. Sauté for a few minutes. Add coconut milk, and finally, the sea bass fillet. Cook for about 15 minutes or until fish is cooked.
