  • kg sweet manioc starch
  • 200 g acid manioc starch
  • 30 g

Method

Preparation

Mix sweet and acid manioc starches and salt in a bowl. In a saucepan, warm the oil and milk; pour this mixture onto dry ingredients, stirring slowly with a wooden spoon. Add eggs one by one and knead dough until smooth. Finally, add grated cheese and mix well. Make small balls with the dough, using a teaspoon, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
