  • 1 kg cassava
  • 7 egg
  • 50 g unsalted bu

Method

Preparation

Cook cassava and grate it in a food processor. Mix egg and butter. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix to obtain an homogeneous dough.

Fry garlic in olive oil until golden brown, add chopped onion and sauté for a few minutes. Add shrimp and sauté a little more. Add peeled tomatoes and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
