Method

Preparation

To make the rösti, grate cassava and cheese on the large holes of a box grater. Mix with butter. Season with salt and pepper. In a baking pan, spread a thin layer of this mixture. Cut it into 2-cm-diameter circles. Bake rösti at medium temperature for 15 minutes. Dice catsfish into small cubes and place it in milk for about 4 hours in the refrigerator to desa
