Souk Scones

These Moroccan-style scones, heady with saffron and orange blossom, make a fragrant alternative to a traditional cream tea. Delicious served with an orange-scented whipped cream (whip in a drop or two of orange flower water and some grated orange zest) and some apricot jam.
