Method

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the milk, water, salt, sugar, and butter to a boil.
  2. Take the saucepan off the heat and add the bread flour. Place the saucepan back on medium heat and stir for 2-3 minutes until the batter releases from the sides and the bottom of the saucepan.
  3. Place the dough in a stand mixer bowl with the paddle attachment and start
