- 3 Tablespoons white wine
- 2 teaspoons white (or red) wine vinegar
Method
Procedure
- Combine wine, vinegar, garlic, and salt in a small saucepan. Boil until reduced to almost dry. Remove from heat for one minute.
- Add cream. Return to medium heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
