  • 3 Tablespoons white wine
  • 2 teaspoons white (or red) wine vinegar

Method

Procedure

  1. Combine wine, vinegar, garlic, and salt in a small saucepan. Boil until reduced to almost dry. Remove from heat for one minute.
  2. Add cream. Return to medium heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Check the thickness of the sauce (see Understan
