Brazilian Chocolate Flan

Brigadeirão, like the name suggests, is essentially a huge brigadeiro, but in flan form! It’s creamy, chocolatey and absolutely irresistible. This dessert is not only crowd-pleasing, but also very easy to make. The batter is mixed in the blender, and then cooked in the oven in a water bath, until just set. Garnishing with sprinkles is optional, but highly recommended.
