Pork Crackling

Torresmo is the ultimate bar snack! Nothing like crispy, deep-fried pieces of pork belly to go with a cold beer, amirite? Making torresmo is very rewarding but can be messy and even a little dangerous as pork belly can splatter quite a bit while frying. Make sure you use a pot that has a lid, as you’ll keep the lid on (but cracked) when the pork is frying to minimize the mess. I also highly recommend you use long kitchen mitts (or wear long sleeves) to protect your skin. Just be very carefu
