Juicy pork ribs basted with a sweet and savory sauce always make for a deliciously primal eating experience. I personally love eating these ribs with a side of tangy jeow som and white rice. In fact, I think most meat should be accompanied with a side of white rice. Pardon my extremely Asian take, but you’re telling me that a side of white rice wouldn’t be perfect at a Brazilian churrascaria or a steak house?! Rice is life, baby! —
