Satay comes loaded with flavor and this recipe is no exception. From the spicy marinade to the fullness of peanut sauce and the lusciousness of pineapple, these are destined to become everyone’s favorite.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz (400 g) pork fillets or loin, sliced into 1 x 5-in (2.5 x 12.5-cm) strips

  1. Make the Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce by grinding all the ingredients in a blender or food processor to a coarse paste. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has reduced to half. Remove and set aside.
