Method

  1. Make the Spicy Peanut Sauce by grinding all the ingredients in a blender or food processor to a coarse paste. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has reduced to half. Remove and set aside.
  2. Combine the shallots, garlic, soy sauce, olive
