Known as the Queen of Nonya Cuisine, Carol was a major contributor to the changing the face of South East Asian cuisine in Australia.
A cooking school proprietor, author of some seven authorities cookbooks, and a TV and radio presenter in Malaysia and Singapore, Carol educated Australians for more than two decades. She pioneered fascinating tours of shopping areas where Asian providores, green grocers and restaurants abound, covering Chinese, and Malay, Indian, Tibetan and Indonesian trends.
